When a client pays by card, Stripe charges its processing fee and PackRounds passes it through without adding anything. The rate depends on the card and the payment method.

Questions before you start
Is PackRounds really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card, and includes up to 5 active clients with unlimited bookings and services. You only pay if you choose Monthly or Annual for unlimited clients.
What counts as a client?
A household. Three dogs at one address is one client, so a family with several pets never costs you extra on the Free plan.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. PackRounds takes 0% of what clients pay you. If a client pays by card, Stripe charges its own processing fee and we pass it through without adding to it.
Can my clients book themselves?
Yes. You get a booking page at your own address. Clients pick a service and a time that is really free, and it lands on your calendar.
Is there an app?
PackRounds runs in the browser on your phone today, and that is how it is built to be used on the route. Native App Store and Google Play apps are not available yet, and we will not put a badge on this page until they are.
Does it send reminders?
Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and by text message where a client has agreed to texts. You do not have to send them yourself.
