What you get

One record per home
A client is a home, not a pet. Every dog at that address sits on one record. So do the people, the phone numbers and the notes.

Real pet detail
Species, breed, weight, vet, allergies, meds and mood. All of it sits on the pet. So do birthdays and gotcha days.

Gate codes stay locked
Home access notes stay hidden until you tap them. A door code should not sit in a text thread. You could lose that phone.

The notes reach the door
Pinned notes ride along with the visit. Today shows the dog, the address and the thing you must not forget. You open nothing.
Notes matter more than the calendar
Clients do not leave because you booked a walk badly. They leave because you forgot something. The pill at noon. The cat that must not get out. The dog who cannot meet other dogs.
That stuff lives in your head and in old texts. Both fail on the day you are ill. Both fail when someone covers for you.
What PackRounds holds
- The home. Address, people, phone numbers.
- Each pet. Species, breed, weight, vet, allergies, meds, mood.
- Pinned notes you see at the door.
- Home access notes, locked until you open them.
- The booking history for that home.
A client is a home
Some tools count pets. We count homes. Three dogs at one address is one client. Two cats and a dog is one client. The people, the pets and the door all sit on the same record.
That matters on the Free plan. A big family should not eat two of your free slots. It also matches how the work really goes. You drive to a house, not to a dog.
Access notes are held back
Gate codes, key box numbers and alarm codes go in a home access note. Those stay hidden until you tap to open one. Nothing about that is clever. It just keeps a door code off the screen while you stand in a street.
What it is not
This is a record book, not a sales tool. There are no tags and no lists. There is no marketing email. There are no staff logins, so you cannot hand a record to another walker.

Common questions
Does a client with three dogs count as three clients?
No. A client is a home. Three dogs at one address is one client. A big family never costs you more on the Free plan.
Where do gate codes and keys go?
In a home access note on the client. Those stay hidden until you tap to open them. They are not on show every time you open the record.
Can my clients edit their own pet details?
You add them. A client books with a name, an email and a phone number; you add the pets, the notes and the access details once, usually at the Meet and Greet, and edit any record yourself at any time.
How many clients can I keep?
Free covers up to 5 active clients. Unlimited is $9.99 a month or $89.99 a year. Old records stay when you switch.
