PackRounds · Software
Dog walking scheduling software
In short
Scheduling is the part of the job that eats your evenings. PackRounds turns it into a link. Clients see the times you are really free, pick one, and it lands on your calendar. Reminders go out on their own. Free covers up to 5 active clients.

What you get

One link does the booking
Clients open your page, pick a service and pick a time. Only open times show. The booking lands on your calendar with no message from you.

No slot books twice
Two clients can tap the same time at the same moment. One gets it. The other sees it go. You never find out at the door.

The day in walking order
Today lists the visits in the order you do them, with the dog, the address and the notes you need. It is the only screen you open on the route.

Reminders go without you
A confirmation goes out by email when a client books. A reminder goes before the visit. Texts go too, when a client has said yes to texts.
The problem is not the calendar
Most walkers can hold a week in their head. What wears them down is the traffic around it. Six texts to agree one time. A client who forgets. A slot you promised twice. A phone that goes off while you have a leash in each hand.
A calendar app does not fix that, because the messages happen before anything reaches the calendar. Scheduling software has to take the messages away.
How PackRounds does it
You set your services and your hours once. You get a booking page. Clients open it, see the times you are really free, and book one. You get told. They get a confirmation by email, and a reminder before the visit. Texts go too, when they have said yes to texts.
Two people can tap the same slot at once. Only one gets it. That is checked in the database, not hoped for.
What it will not do
It will not plan your route. It will not assign walks to staff, because there are no staff accounts. It will not track a walk by GPS.

Common questions
Can clients book their own walks?
Yes. You share one link. They pick a service and a time that is really open. It goes straight on your calendar and you get told.
Can I take a recurring weekly client?
You can book the same client into any open time as often as you like. There is no cap on bookings, even on the Free plan.
Will it plan my route for me?
No. PackRounds shows your day in the order the visits happen, not in drive order. It does not map or reorder your route for you.
What does it cost?
Free covers up to 5 active clients and needs no card. Unlimited clients is $9.99 a month or $89.99 a year.
